Corrections Policy

Effective: July 10, 2026

Provider programs change, and sometimes we get things wrong. When we do, we fix it visibly.

• Report an error: email with the page URL and the issue. Providers may use the same channel.
• Material errors (fees, pricing, lender counts, funding flow, eligibility) are corrected promptly after verification, and the page's updated date changes.
• Documentation conflicts: if a provider's own materials disagree with each other, we label the conflict rather than pick a number.
• Verification cycle: provider facts carry a last-verified date and are re-checked on a scheduled cycle.
